Meetings provider Convene to open new venue in London
Meetings space provider Convene is opening a new location in the St Paul’s area of central London later this week.
Convene Sancroft, St Paul’s includes 45,000 square feet of meetings and events space in Paternoster Square in the City of London. The venue, which is due to open on Thursday (18 April), can accommodate up to 1,200 guests in total.
The two-storey venue features seven customisable spaces, including a grand hall with capacity for up to 900 attendees. Convene hopes to attract conferences, trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events to its latest London location.
Convene acquired London-based etc.venues in 2023, which added 16 new locations in the UK and US to its portfolio which now includes 35 venues. The company rebranded four former etc.venue locations in London and New York under the Convene name earlier this year.
The company has worked with architecture firm Woods Bagot on its latest London venue. The two firms previously worked on nearby Convene 22 Bishopsgate.
Services at Convene Sancroft, St Paul’s include a dedicated hospitality team, in-house catering with executive chefs, plus high-resolution projection screens and digital signage.
