After the Knicks won the first two games of the series at home, it was vital for the Pacers to come away with a win in Game 3 to gain some momentum.
Indiana took control of the game early, but New York came back with a couple of good quarters of basketball, taking a five-point lead into the fourth. However, the Pacers stormed back, outscoring the Knicks 26-16 in the frame, using an Andrew Nebhard three-pointer to catapult them to a 111-106 win.
Tyrese Haliburton led the Pacers with 35 points, while Pascal Siakam put up 26. Myles Turner registered a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
Donte DiVicenczo also put up 35 points, with Jalen Brunson chiming in with 26. Josh Hart picked up a double-double with 10 points and 18 boards.
Indiana is now 4-0 at home in these playoffs, while New York is 2-2 on the road.
