At its upcoming show this fall, the National Association of Broadcasters will host a “Radio + Podcast Interactive Forum.”
During NAB Show New York — which is held Oct. 8–10 at the Javits Center in New York City — the forum will feature five sessions that dive into successful promotions and monetization strategies, ways to grow fan loyalty and new technologies for radio programmers and podcast producers to utilize, among other topics.
Sessions of interest include “How Marketing and Technology Work Together to Grow and Engage Audiences” and “Innovative Sound Design and Video Strategies for Radio and Podcasts.”
Notable speakers with an engineering/technology focus include Sarah Foss, chief technology officer at Audacy; Dan Hirschl, VP of engineering at Red Apple Media and chief engineer for WABC; and Alex Roman, chief technology officer at MediaCo New York City Radio, to name a few.
The forum will be held Wednesday, Oct. 9, with sessions from 10 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Click here for more information.
