Branded Cities, an OOH media firm, has replaced its digital billboard near Bryant Park in New York City with an Empire Exterior model from SNA Displays, according to a press release.

The LED spectacular is located on 42nd Street between 6th and 7th, reaching an estimated three million viewers weekly. It is a 10mm pixel pitch display cantilevered to the façade of the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central, measuring 75’7″ long and 27’7″ tall (2,304 x 840 pixels). Installation was provided by North Shore Neon.

“We are excited to have lit up our new Bryant Park Digital spectacular in the heart of Midtown Manhattan,” Vaibhav “VG” Gupta, president and COO of Branded Cities, said in the release. “The quality of the SNA product will ensure that this digital out-of-home platform will be the key focal point in the area for years to come.”

“Working on this project was like coming home for me since earlier in my career I sold ad space on this sign,” Pete Simon, director of OOH sales at SNA Displays, said in the release. “Having a great relationship with world-class media companies like Branded Cities not only positions SNA Displays to provide the best client service possible, but it allows us digital signage veterans to see assets go through multiple lifecycles and gives a real sense of ownership.”
