Dogs Are Modeling Sleek Looks on the New York Fashion Week Runway at Charitable CatWalk FurBaby 2024 Show [PHOTOS]

The 2024 CatWalk FurBaby, presented by Elysian Impact, took place at Sony Hall during New York Fashion Week spring 2025, blending fashion and philanthropy. Hosted by NYFW founder Fern Mallis, the event supported Elysian’s charitable focus on women, children, pets, public service and the environment. Non-profit organizations like Operation Kindness and Rescue Dogs Rock NYC were paired with models, designers and pet influencers to compete for cash prizes in the categories of People’s Choice, Publisher’s Pick, and Judges’ Pick.

Notable designers featured included Nicole Miller, Tommy Hilfiger, D’Marsh Couture and “Project Runway” alum Johnathan Kayne. Highlights included DJ and social star Chloe Jane walking in Tommy Hilfiger and Loretta Swit modeling for Johnathan Kayne. Louisiana’s Companion Animal Alliance, paired with Queen of Sparkles, won People’s Choice, while Texas’ Operation Kindness and D’Marsh Couture claimed Publisher’s Pick. NYC’s Second Chance Rescue and Nicole Miller earned the Judges’ Pick.
