Raila visits IBM’s research facility in New York
African Union Commission chairmanship candidate Raila Odinga visited the IBM research institute in Armonk, New York on Thursday, September 26.
He said the facility illustrates future technologies that could propel Africa to new heights.
“With innovative advancements, infrastructure projects and unprecedented investment potential, Africa stands on the brink of a remarkable era,” he said.
Raila Odinga is together with President William Ruto, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Blue Economy and Mining CS Hassan Joho, Senator Ledama Olekina and Environment CS Aden Duale in New York for the ongoing 79th Session of UN General Assembly(UNGA)
The conference will discuss specific issues through dedicated agenda items or sub-items
The meeting is part of Kenya’s diplomatic efforts to lobby for Raila’s support from African heads of state.
