The Cowboys and Giants have been going at it since 1960. They have had some heated battles, with all but one of their 124 meetings coming during the regular season. The rivalry has been dominated by Dallas for the last decade, with the Cowboys winning 13 of the last 14 meetings.
Not many could have expected both this year’s teams to have identical records, given the vast difference in talent between the two.
The Cowboys came away with a strong effort against the Cleveland Browns in the opening week of the season, but they have struggled over their last two games on home turf. After getting annihilated by the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, Dallas fell behind the Baltimore Ravens. Though they tried to come back, the Cowboys still fell short, losing 28-25.
Everyone expected it to be another long season for the Giants, especially after losing by 20 to the Minnesota Vikings, at home, to open the season. However, New York has been in a couple of close games recently, narrowly losing to the Washington Commanders before picking up their first win at the expense of the Browns last Sunday.
All-time, Dallas is 75-47-2 against the Giants.
MY PICK: Giants win, 20-17
