Benish, Windoft Honored By Western New York PGA

Kyle Benish, the head pro at Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville, was the recipient of the Professional Development Award, while Ben Windoft, the head pro at Moon Brook Country Club in Jamestown was recognized as the Merchandiser of the Year (private).

“Your dedication to advancing your skills and fostering excellence in golf is an inspiration to us all,” WNYPGA said of Benish in a statement on Instagram. “Well deserved.”

Noted Benish: “The line of communication is always open, and I am always willing to help. Sometimes asking for help is the hardest thing.”

Meanwhile, also on Instagram, Windoft said, “This award is a testament to the passion and commitment we put into every detail of our merchandise. I’m deeply grateful to the WNY PGA for this recognition and proud to share it with everyone who has contributed to our success.”
