LIVE Discussion: Brooklyn Nets at New York Knicks, 7:00 p.m. ET
Brooklyn almost pulled off a ridiculous 21-point comeback behind Cam Thomas’ 43 points on the Knicks’ home court, but Jalen Brunson showed out and ultimately hit a game-winning three. Heartbreaking — whether you want to tank or not.
Fortunately, they get another shot tonight.

Injury Report: Trendon Watford is scheduled to make his season debut after missing the start of the season with a hamstring issue, but Ziaire Williams, who played some solid D Friday, is questionable with hip soreness. Bojan Bogdanovic (left foot injury recovery), Day’Ron Sharpe (left hamstring), Trendon Jaylen Martin (G-League), Dariq Whitehead (G-League assignment) and Nic Claxton (lower back) will all be out for Brooklyn.
For the Knicks, Precious Achiuwa will be out (left hamstring), along with Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and Kevin McCullar Jr. (knee). Karl-Anthony Towns and Deuce McBride remain questionable with knee soreness.
The Game: Without KAT in the lineup, the Knicks still had enough manpower to take advantage of the lack of size the Nets had, as well as their struggles to guard the pick and roll. The fact of the matter is, Brunson is too good and too patient of a player to consistently make mistakes during defensive coverages.
