Best NBA player prop bets to consider for Knicks vs. Pacers in Game 3

After two thrilling contests at Madison Square Garden to open the series, the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers will continue their second-round matchup in the 2024 NBA Playoffs Friday in Game 3 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The Knicks hold a 2-0 lead but are facing some major injury questions, giving the Pacers a great opportunity to log their first win of the series.

Here’s a look at some of our favorite player prop bets to target for Game 3 Friday, with odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

Josh Hart over 12.5 rebounds (-135)

The minutes will be there for Hart, who remains New York’s most consistent rebounder largely because he’s been healthy. The guard is pulling down 14 rebounds per game in this series and 12.8 per game over the course of these playoffs. With OG Anunoby out, Hart will be tasked with even more responsibility in this contest. I expect him to play the full game once again and even if Indiana is more efficient offensively, there should be enough missed shots given the pace of these games to let Hart get over this line.

Myles Turnver over 1.5 blocks (-105)

Indiana’s big man has registered one block in each of the last three games. He was alternating between zero blocks and three blocks per game over the first five contests in the playoffs but has become a bit more consistent. New York’s interior scoring has taken a huge hit with injuries, so that means a smaller overall lineup. The Knicks have some aggressive guards who won’t be phased going at Turner, but I think he makes them pay with a solid defensive showing at home. He should be able to log multiple blocks tonight.

Donte DiVincenzo under 4.5 3-pointers (-166)

DiVincenzo has been a stud from the perimeter, shooting 53.3% from deep over the last three playoff games. He’s gone over this mark in each of the first two games but this line is simply too high to feel good about the over. I think DiVincenzo should get plenty of opportunities to hoist shots from deep but the Pacers should be more connected at home defensively. After three strong showings in a row, DiVincenzo has an off night in Game 3 Friday night.

T.J. McConnell over 10.5 points (-115)

Indiana’s backup point guard was a non-factor for five games in the first round against the Bucks before breaking out for 20 points in Game 6. He’s seen more playing time in this series as Tyrese Haliburton deals with back spasms and McConnell has taken advantage. He’s averaging 14 points and 7.5 assists per game in this series and should continue to get solid minutes. Role players tend to play better in their home arena, so I think McConnell can top this line as he looks to build on his own strong play in Game 3.
