Cam Newton, Mac Jones crack up over Bill Belichick dating 23-year-old Jordon Hudson: ‘I don’t approve’

A pair of Bill Belichick’s former quarterbacks met on the ESPYs red carpet and had themselves a laugh over the ex-Patriots coach’s dating life.

Red carpet host Cam Newton took some time to chop it up with his former teammate, Mac Jones, and immediately opened up with a rib at his former coach, who has been dating 23-year-old cheerleader Jordon Hudson.

“I have to ask this, former coach, his dating choice right now. What are we doing? Do we approve?” Newton opened up with Jones as the two laughed uncontrollably.

“I need your opinion first,” Jones replied to Newton while laughing.

“I’m like, no, I don’t approve. I am not even going to lie, but just to see him doing what he’s doing is like [shocked looked],” Newton responded.

“Hey bro, good for him, right?” Jones continued. “It is what it is.”

Belichick, 72, has been dating Hudson for roughly a year and the two recently celebrated the Fourth of July together.

Jones and Newton were teammates for a very short time, as the Patriots re-signed the former league MVP for the 2021 season where he competed with then-rookie Jones for the starting gig; Newton was cut at the end of training camp.

Jones, meanwhile, was traded to the Jaguars this offseason after getting benched multiple times by Belichick during the 2023 season.

“I’m great. What I learned from you, have fun with this s–t, bro,” Jones said to Newton. “Have fun with it. I’m in Jacksonville, back home having fun.”

Newton rejoined the Panthers in 2021 and started five games.
