Colts announce 5 inactive players for Week 17 game at New York Giants

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Colts on Sunday ruled out five players for their Week 17 game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium:

• QB Anthony Richardson (back, foot)
• DE Isaiah Land
• G Dalton Tucker
• TE Will Mallory
• DT Adetomiwa Adebawore

Richardson did not participate in practice last week and was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to out on Saturday. Veteran Joe Flacco will start for the Colts against the Giants with Sam Ehlinger the backup.

Four players who were listed as questionable on Friday’s practice report are active: Tight end Mo Alie-Cox (toe), linebacker Jaylon Carlies (shoulder), linebacker E.J. Speed (knee) and left guard Quenton Nelson (ankle).
