Davante Adams (hamstring) off injury report, set to make Jets debut Sunday night vs. Steelers
Adams returning to action is hardly a surprise as he said this week he’d be ready to go and has practiced fully. Prior to this week, Adams hadn’t practiced since the middle of Week 4.
As the adage goes, in a New York minute, everything can change, and now a presumably healthy Adams will join a Jets team looking to snap a three-game losing streak.
In eight seasons with the Packers from 2014-2021, Adams went to five Pro Bowls and racked up three 1,000-yard seasons with Rodgers as his quarterback.
Through three games this year with the Raiders, Adams has caught 18 receptions for 209 yards and a touchdown.
He’ll look to rekindle past brilliance between him and Rodgers on Sunday night while simultaneously aiming to assist in the improvement of New York’s 22nd-ranked offense.
Adams is good to go, ready to make his return to the field and his Jets debut against the Steelers.
