The ACC/SEC Challenge brings some of the best college basketball games to the court. This year, it means Duke will host Auburn in a top-ranked matchup.

For just the fourth time ever, the programs will meet on the court. It’s their first matchup since 2018 and second since 1981. The Blue Devils took the victory all three times previously, but the Tigers have the edge this time around.

Auburn began the season 6-0, beating ranked programs Houston, Iowa State and North Carolina handily. Johni Broome led the way in the latter two matchups, recording double-doubles in four straight games. He’s averaging 20.7 points and 12.3 rebounds so far.

The Blue Devils, on the other hand, are looking for consistency heading into the ranked matchup. They managed to beat Arizona but fell to Kentucky and Kansas by a matter of points. Freshman phenom Cooper Flagg leads the way thus far, averaging 17.0 points and 8.2 rebounds.
