Fantasy football: Breaking down New York Giants WRs
How bad have things been for the Giants’ passing game in recent years? In six of the past seven seasons, the team’s leading receiver has finished with fewer than 800 yards. The lone exception came when current Miami Dolphins WR Odell Beckham Jr. posted 1,052 yards in 2018 before being traded. New York hasn’t had a legit No. 1 receiver since. The leading receiver in LSU history is already considered a quality route runner, and he has experience working outside and in the slot, which will allow head coach Brian Daboll to move him around to get advantageous matchups. Nabers has excellent speed, can work downfield, is equally adept at separating from man coverage as well as finding soft spots in the zone, and he’s deadly after the catch. Nabers can do it all, and he’ll be the focal point of the passing game, if not the entire offense.
