Halle Berry’s Late Summer Dress Is Like a Chic, Modern Toga

Halle Berry has always been ahead of the curve. While in the midst of promoting her new horror film, Never Let Go, the Oscar-winning actor wore a chic minidress that leaned into one of the trends we’ve seen popping up all over the runways for the Spring/Summer ’25 season.

On Tuesday, Berry was spotted on the streets of New York City in a cream one-shoulder dress from Paris Georgia. Called the Remmy mini, this buttery design featured a draped, boatneck-style neckline, with one side resting on Berry’s shoulder, while the other dipped down to her arm. This asymmetrical line is something we saw plenty of throughout the latest New York Fashion Week, and it seems Berry was keeping her eye on the catwalk too (and her stylist, Lindsay Flores).

The neutral-toned dress also featured ruching along the waist, which created a slight bubble hem along the bottom of the skirt. If the piece could be summed up in one sentence, it’s like a modern toga designed by the most stylish person you know.

To pair with the minidress, Berry added a pop of pattern with her Rene Caovilla heels, which featured a bold leopard print. Finally, the star accessorized with a pair of trapezoidal sunglasses with ombré lenses and mauve frames. She also rocked jewelry from T+C Goutal and Marco Bicego, which consisted of silver hoop earrings, a collar necklace, and stacks of rings.

While she may be matching Fashion Week trends, Berry has also been showing off her versatile style throughout her press tour for Never Let Go, during which she’s worn multiple animal prints.
