It took 11 weeks, but the Giants finally snapped their 10-game losing streak with a 45-33 victory over the Indianapolis Colts.
Quarterback Drew Lock was on fire, connecting on 17 of 23 passes for 309 yards and four touchdowns. WR Malik Nabers was unstoppable, catching seven passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns, single-handedly accounting for more than half of Lock’s total yardage.
While their playoff hopes have long since evaporated, the Giants showed they still have some fight left, and they’ll look to close out the season on a high note against their division rivals.
Meanwhile, the Eagles have had a season to remember. With a 41-7 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17, Philadelphia locked up the No. 2 seed in the NFC.
Philadelphia’s offense was led by RB Saquon Barkley, who continued his sensational season with 167 rushing yards, pushing him past the 2,000-yard mark for the year. WR DeVonta Smith added to the fireworks, racking up 120 yards and two touchdowns in the air.
With their playoff position secure, the Eagles might take a more conservative approach in Week 18, but they’ll want to keep their momentum rolling into the postseason.
