A new season of “Hard Knocks” begins this week, this time featuring the New York Giants as they prepare for their 100th season. This is the first time the popular sports docuseries has documented the NFL offseason. The season premiere is Tuesday, July 2, at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and Max.
