The individual championship in college women’s golf takes place on Monday.

The women’s college golf world is in Carlsbad, California this week for the national championships. Team play continues for the next few days, but the individual championship will be wrapped up on Monday evening. Right now, the entire field is chasing Texas A&M’s Adela Cernousek, who sits at -12 entering the day. She has a commanding lead, as second-place Lottie Woad from Florida State is at -6. There’s still plenty of golf left so anything can happen, but Cernousek looks like the clear favorite to claim the individual national championship.
