This will be the second time these two teams have met this season. The Commanders pulled out a 21-18 win over the Giants in Week 2, and since then, the teams have gone in opposite directions.
Jayden Daniels has become one of the most exciting players to watch this season. With the help of a stout defense, the Commanders have won six of their last seven games, including an incredible win over he Chicago Bears last Sunday, with Washington winning on an immaculate Hail Mary pass. From being a team with limited expectations to a playoff contender, the Commanders have a lot going for them heading into the second half of the season.
With a complete opposite record, the Giants are simply trying to play well enough so their players can walk the streets. Despite two wins on their record, there has been nothing exciting about this team based out of New Jersey. The Giants have long three straight games, scoring a shocking 18 points against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football last week, after scoring 10 points in the previous two losses combined.
The Commanders are first in the NFC East, a half-game ahead of the Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants are at the bottom of the division, four games back of Washington.
The Giants are 108-72-5 against the Commanders.
MY PICK: Commanders win, 24-12
