India vs Pakistan T20 World Cup 2024 Clash In New York Receives Terror Threat: Report

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 India vs Pakistan (IND vs PAK) fixture is all set to be played at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium on Sunday (June 9). While fans have already started counting down to the big day, a fresh terror threat has been issued by a Pro-ISIS group, claims a report carried by Daily Mail. The reports are based on a scary graphic which hints at a terror attack in New York around the IND vs PAK fixture.

The viral graphics shows a man wearing a hood carrying a rifle. The message read: ‘You wait for the matches…’ ‘And we wait for you…’ with images of drones flying over the stadium.

“The safety and security of everyone at the event is our No 1 priority and we have a comprehensive and robust security plan in place,” an official statement by an International Cricket Council (ICC) spokesperson read.
