Injury Update: Malik Nabers ruled out for SNF vs. Bengals
Wide receiver Malik Nabers remains in the concussion protocol and will miss his second consecutive game, coach Brian Daboll announced before Friday’s practice.
While the final injury report won’t come out until later in the day, Daboll provided a few other updates:
Running back Devin Singletary (groin) will practice in some capacity, as will starting left guard Jon Runyan, who has yet to practice this week due to an illness.
Wide receiver Bryce Ford-Wheaton, who made the big return for a touchdown on Isaiah Simmons’ blocked field goal last week, is dealing with a shoulder injury. The Giants will see how he responds on Friday before making a game designation.
The Giants have a chance to move to .500 on the season this Sunday night against the Bengals, who fell to 1-4 after a 41-38 overtime loss to the Ravens. Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium.
