He added: “Just really focus more on the power and less on the landing and the eccentrics of it. And then, we’re going to do a little bit of steady state conditioning, usually about 20 minutes of that, and that’s it.” The match against the Miami Heat took a heavy toll on the NBA All-Star. As a result, he was for 2-3 weeks. Since then, Randle has been on a fitness journey, to prepare himself for the 2024-25 season.
