Just trying to get him back into lifting. And then we’re going to do some concentric plyometrics,” shared Julius Randle’s trainer.

He added: “Just really focus more on the power and less on the landing and the eccentrics of it. And then, we’re going to do a little bit of steady state conditioning, usually about 20 minutes of that, and that’s it.” The match against the Miami Heat took a heavy toll on the NBA All-Star. As a result, he was for 2-3 weeks. Since then, Randle has been on a fitness journey, to prepare himself for the 2024-25 season.

Moreover, his healthy morning diet which mainly consists of protein and fiber tells us he’s doing everything in his might to heal ASAP. Julius Randle’s cook also shared the hooper’s morning meal scene. “Cooking some turkey bacon, regular bacon. I got protein-based pancakes with no wheat and no gluten. And I’m doing some potatoes. Got a little bit of everything coming on.” 

With just a few weeks before the NBA stars go into the preseason games, Julius Randle’s return will be of utmost importance. The Knickerbockers will strike off with the Charlotte Hornets on October 6. Although it will be a series of games before the regular season begins, it will play a crucial role in determining where the teams might stand in the 2024-25 NBA season.
