Bridges accumulated 16 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3PT, 3-4 FT), five rebounds and three steals in 31 minutes during Wednesday’s preseason win over Washington.
Following his trade to New York, the hope is that Bridges will be able to return to being a top-50 fantasy asset this season. This will undoubtedly start on the defensive end, an element of his game that has taken a hit over the past two years. His three steals Wednesday were a great start, coupled with the fact that he played 31 minutes in what was a comfortable preseason victory.
