Lee NYC Arranges Relocation for Telecom Infrastructure – Connect CRE

Lee & Associates NYC represented Telecom Infrastructure Corp. in its New York City relocation to 2 W.45th St. in Midtown Manhattan from 8 E. 41st St, where it occupied 2,000 square feet. Telecom signed a five-year and four-month, 3,944-square-foot lease and is expected to move in this November. 

Alan Friedman and Woody King from Lee NYC represented Telecom. Craig Berman and Matt Lawrence from Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation represented the landlord in-house.

“When we started our search, Telecom’s priority was to be central to their financial services client base, close to transportation hubs and in a Class A building,” said Friedman, executive managing director at Lee NYC. “We were able to achieve both goals, finding Telecom their ideal space in 2 W. 45th St.”
