Warning other locals, one person posted a photo of the fire on social media. “There’s a big fire 🔥 downtown Manhattan. Currently,” they tweeted.

“Massive flames from a roof of Soho Building in Manhattan, fire has now been raised to 2-nd Alarm,” another one added.

This comes after another fire ripped through a high end SoHo building. The three-alarm blaze broke out just before 6 AM local time. Several firefighters and other emergency service members were seen on the scene.

The five story residential building, according to reports dates back to 1867, was covered in flames. It is not yet known what caused the blaze or if there were any injuries.

On Tuesday, a brushfire broke out in an upper Manhattan park, scorching about 15 acres. The blaze erupted around 2:23 PM in Highbridge Park near 155th St. and Harlem River Drive, according to FDNY.
