NBA DFS value plays K or under for Tuesday’s playoff games

There are three Game 5s Tuesday in the 2024 NBA Playoffs, with the Knicks and Pacers having opportunities to close out their respective series. Even with a lot of star power on hand, there are plenty of role players who would make excellent value additions to lineups for DFS managers.

In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.

Andrew Nembhard, Pacers, $4,700

After not being a factor in Game 1 of this series, Nembhard has been on fire for the Pacers. He’s averaging 31 fantasy points per game over the last three contests, and has been in the middle of all the key plays that have swung this series in Indiana’s favor. With Tyrese Haliburton playing through back spasms, Nembhard is taking on a bigger role in this offense as a creator. He should continue to make DFS managers happy with his production.

Miles McBride, Knicks, $4,100

McBride went for 35.3 fantasy points in Game 1 but has cooled off substantially over the course of the series. Jalen Brunson should play through his knee issue tonight but there’s a chance McBride could see a bit more playing time in the backcourt. He managed 19 fantasy points in 27 minutes in Game 4 and at this price point, he’s got some upside worth backing in Tuesday’s contest.

Jonathan Isaac, Magic, $4,400

Eventually, Isaac was going to find a way to post decent fantasy numbers against a Cavaliers team that ranks 20th in fantasy points allowed to opposing big men. The Magic combo big tallied 32.3 fantasy points in Game 4, bouncing back after two down showings. He logged 30.8 fantasy points in the series opener, and I think he’ll be able to continue having some level of success against Cleveland. Back him in DFS lineups at this price.
