New York Knicks vs. Indiana Pacers — Game 1

Josh Hart 15+ Points (-130)

As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I’ve been highlighting Hart’s points prop relatively consistently over the last few weeks, and the guy just keeps hitting it. Tom Thibodeau’s favorite versatile chess piece has been especially proficient in the scoring department lately, racking up at least 16 points in five of the six games against Philly.

Hart’s usage rate has also seen a sizable spike, eclipsing 16% in four of last series’ contests. And yes, before you ask, that is actually quite a high usage rate for him. That said, when you’re playing as much as the veteran wing does, usage almost doesn’t even matter.

Hart played at least 42 minutes in every game against the 76ers, and that’s likely going to be the case once again tonight. Thibs always runs a tight ship with his rotations, but especially in the postseason, and the 29-year-old has proven himself to be a tried and tested iron man on the floor.

I expect Hart’s hot streak to carry over into Round 2 tonight in MSG.
