Despite failing to produce a win the past four games, New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is keeping his starting position, leaving fans infuriated on social media.
On Sunday, the Giants suffered their fourth straight loss to the Washington Commanders in a 27-22 defeat.
As the Giants fanbase’s frustration continues to boil, head coach Brian Daboll announced that Jones will keep his starting duties against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday in Berlin.
Furthermore, Daboll does not plan to change anything with the practice repetitions at quarterback, per Pat Leonard on Monday.
Given their state, fans did not take the news well and made their feelings known online.

‘Well I mean he threw a TD pass in forever at home so of course he gets another,’ one user sarcastically said.
‘Daniel Jones vs Bryce Young gonna be an all time A** fest in Berlin,’ a second added.
‘Let’s gooo Panthers back to back dub coming soon,’ a third chimed in.
‘Pointless game, pride is dangerous,’ a fourth suggested. ‘Every game he is out there puts more risk on the financial situation of the giants. He’s not the future, it’s clear, bench him and keep him healthy so we can cut him in the off season.’
A fifth added that ‘Daboll gonna get fired when he touches back on US soil!’
Results aside, Jones had a decent outing with 20 completions for 26 attempts, 174 yards, and two touchdowns with no interceptions.

The Panthers hold the same record coming off a win over the New Orleans Saints. Carolina and New York will kick off from Germany at 9.30am ET on Nov. 10.
