New York High School Football Scores: Top 25 Updates
After two weeks into the high school football season in New York, a number of schools have made major moves up and down the top-25 rankings.
Three programs have jumped into the top 10, while St. Francis and Canisius are each now in the top five heading into the second weekend of September, and nearly every team in the top 25 will be in action again this weekend. On the slate are a bevy of great matchups, including more games with loaded out-of-state foes.
On3 is tracking scores for the state’s top 25 teams, according the On3 Massey ratings, below:
The On3 Massey Ratings — which were officially used during the BCS era and have generated college high school sports team rankings since 1995 — rank sports teams by analyzing game outcomes, strength of schedule and margin of victory.
