In what has been a home-friendly series, the Knicks have a tough task of trying to close out the series on the road.
After the Pacers fought back to tie the series at two, New York dominated for most of Game 5. The Knicks went up by six by the end of the first quarter, and took a 15-point lead into halftime. They never let up, outscoring Indiana 25-16 in the fourth, quarter securing a 121-91 victory.
Jalen Brunson led all players with 44 points on Tuesday night, with Josh Hart posting a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Even Alec Burks came off the bench to drop 18.
Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 22 points, with Myles Turner chiming in with 16 in the losing effort.
The Pacers return home where they are 5-0 in these playoffs. The Knicks are 2-3 away from home thus far.
