NYC plastic surgeon spotted out on the town with 2 different women following claims he turned model into ‘sex slave,’ abused ex-wife

Problem Manhattan plastic surgeon Ammar Mahmoud — who’s accused of turning a model into a “sex slave” — was spotted cavorting with two different mystery women across Midtown Wednesday night.

Exclusive photos by The Post show the accused depraved doctor going on a seemingly carefree escapade — with stops at Louis Vuitton and to a wine shop — just two days after his ex-girlfriend filed an explosive $10 million lawsuit claiming he subjected her to horrific sexual and physical abuse.

Mahmoud, 40, was first caught on camera getting into a Bentley SUV driven by a young woman on West 47th Street at around 6:50 p.m., near his ritzy Alinea Medical Spa office along Fifth Avenue.

The pair drove to a the Louis Vuitton store at East 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, where Mahmoud hopped into the driver’s seat to park the upscale ride — and slapped a disabled parking permit window before going inside the luxury fashion store with his glamorous companion.

The two emerged around an hour later, at 8 p.m., with Mahmoud’s blonde consort toting two Louis Vuitton bags.

After packing up the apparent luxury goodies, Mahmoud and his lady friend drove up to an underground parking garage at Rockefeller Center, where she grabbed the bags and walked off into the garage.

Mahmoud then spun up to the Mercedes House luxury apartment building along West 54th Street, waiting about a half hour before a dark-haired woman wearing a midriff-bearing white top and matching pants, got into the Bentley.

With his new sidekick in tow, Mahmoud drove a half block to a wine and liquor store, where he bought a few bottles of white wine and single flagon of red vino while his gal pal waited for him, blowing bubblegum bubbles.

After the woman spotted the photographer, Mahmoud drove in circles, hopscotching Ninth and 10th Avenues between West 44th and 48th street for the next hour.

Mahmoud’s ex-girlfriend, Maya Willow Sias, 25, contends the high-end doc imprisoned her in his posh pad — and trying to cover up his alleged violence by injecting her battered face with fillers without anesthetic, according to her lawsuit filed Tuesday.

The alleged abuse echoed decade-old accusations by Mahmoud’s ex-wife in a long-running lawsuit of her own, the harrowing details of which were previously reported by The Post.

Mahmoud, who previously denied Sias’ accusations and has tried to refute those from his ex-wife, didn’t return requests for comment Thursday. He has yet to file a response in Manhattan civil court to Sias’ lawsuit.

The Bentley that he drove on his night out has received a whopping 74 parking and camera violations worth $6,355 in fines across New York City over the past two years, according to records.

Two other vehicles listed on the disabled parking sticker Mahmoud used have a combined 29 violations worth $2,061 in fines, records show.

His former wife’s attorney, Bryan Swerling, told The Post that he believed the new accusations in Sias’ suit show the plastic surgeon has an alleged pattern of abuse.

“It seems like repeat behavior, and it’s not surprising,” Swerling said.
