Orlando Bloom and Laverne Cox among the famous fans spotted on Day 10 of US Open tennis tournament in NY

Orlando Bloom and Laverne Cox were among the stars spotted on Wednesday enjoying the 2024 US Open tennis tournament in Flushing, New York.

The 47-year-old English actor slipped into the US Open and went virtually unnoticed in a plain dark blue cap and oversized navy blue shirt.

The Hobbit film franchise star also accessorized with sunglasses and a watch.

Orlando was spotted wearing the same outfit while stepping out on Wednesday with fiancée Katy Perry, 39, and their three-year-old daughter Daisy for a family outing in the Tribeca area.

Laverne, 52, opted for a red-white-and-blue outfit that included a matching jacket, crop top and short skirt.

The Orange Is The New Black star completed her look with black stockings and black heels and had her blonde hair down in soft curls.

Laverne sat next to fellow actress Rosie Perez, 59, who flashed her cute smile while catching the action in a black top and matching hat.

Bethenny Frankel, 53, wore a little blue denim dress along with open-toed platform heels while attending Day 10 of the tournament.

The former star of The Real Housewives Of New York City had her dark hair pulled back and accessorized with earrings, necklace, rings and watch.

Bethenny also carried a colorful handbag and was so excited to see Olympics champion Simone Biles, 27, on the blue carpet that she pulled out her cell phone and started recording from the media pit alongside professional photographers.

Simone wore sunglasses while watching a match and was joined by fellow athletes Skylar Diggins-Smith, Jewell Loyd, Grant Hill, Miles McBride, Jalen Rose, Dwyane Wade, Joakim Noah, Tracy McGrady, and Justin Tuck at the tournament.

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Brooks Nader, 28, looked lovely in a tight grey sweater and matching miniskirt.

Jason Bateman, 55, sported a thick beard while having fun at the tournament and musician Seal, 61, also was seen catching the quarterfinals match between Jannik Sinner of Italy and Daniil Medvedev of Russia.

Jannik, 23, reached the US Open semifinals for the first time by getting past 2021 US Open champion Daniil by a score of 6-2, 1-6, 6-1, 6-4.

He will go up against No. 25 Jack Draper of Britain on Friday for a berth in the title match.

After Week 1 exits by Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz, top-ranked Jannik took over as the title favorite and now is the only man remaining in the field with a Grand Slam trophy.

He won his first at the Australian Open in January by beating Daniil in the final in five sets after dropping the first two.

Jannik was cleared in a doping case less than a week before the US Open started after testing positive twice for trace amounts of an anabolic steroid in March.

The other men’s semifinal on Friday will feature No. 12 Taylor Fritz vs. No. 20 Frances Tiafoe in the first all-American men’s matchup at this stage at a major in 19 years.

The women’s semifinals on Thursday night are Jessica Pegula vs. Karolina Muchova, and Aryna Sabalenka vs. Emma Navarro. Pegula eliminated No. 1 Iga Swiatek 6-2, 6-4 on Wednesday.

The 22-year-old Draper reached his first Grand Slam semifinal – and became the first British man to get that far at the U.S. Open since Andy Murray won the 2012 trophy – by overwhelming No. 10 Alex de Minaur 6-3, 7-5, 6-2.

Draper has won all 15 sets he’s played so far, but things figure to get tougher against Sinner.

‘This is not kind of like an overnight thing for me. I´ve believed for a long time that I’ve been putting in the work and doing the right things, and I knew that my time would come,’ said Draper, whose upper right leg was taped by a trainer after he felt something at the end of the first set. ‘I didn´t know when it would be, but hopefully from here, I can do a lot of amazing things. I´m very proud of myself.’
