Preview: What you’ll see in debut of ‘Hard Knocks’
The five-part original series ‘Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants’ debuts tonight (July 2) at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and will be available to stream on Max with new episodes debuting subsequent Tuesdays through July 30.
The show will bring viewers inside the New York Giants organization as the team prepares for their highly anticipated 100th season.
Camera crews have chronicled the team’s every move as general manager Joe Schoen, coach Brian Daboll, and their staffs navigated the critical offseason from the NFL Scouting Combine to free agency, the draft, and spring practices.
In the premiere episode, follow along as the front office heads down to Mobile, Alabama, for the 2024 Senior Bowl.
While the trip to Mobile is meant to scout some of the top prospects in the draft, it also serves as an opportunity for general managers to start laying the groundwork for the upcoming free agency period.
As we see in the trailer for the debut episode, it is in Mobile that Carolina Panthers general manager Dan Morgan first indicates to Schoen, a long-time friend, that outside linebacker Brian Burns could be available in a trade.
