Porsha Williams might be an Atlanta native, but she recently had a run-in with a New York local — Kandi Burruss’ daughter Riley Burruss, who moved from the ATL to NYC several years back for college. 

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member took to Instagram last week, where she posted a series of photos taken at the Laquan Smith fashion show in New York City during Fashion Week. In the NYFW photos, Porsha can be seen standing next to the fashion designer, other celebrities, and her sister Lauren Williams, while wearing a black leather corset and matching skirt set. In the series of pics, Porsha also snapped a super special photo in which she’s standing in between Lauren and Riley, who looked stunning in a cream-colored, halter-neck dress.

“FASHION ELITE,” Porsha wrote in the caption of the post, tagging all of the people featured in the photos, including Riley.

Riley returned the love to Porsha in the comments of the post. The NYU graduate commented with two red heart emojis, showing her appreciation to her mom’s friend.

Kandi Burruss’ Reaction to Porsha Williams Returning to RHOA

Kandi Burruss will not be returning for RHOA Season 16, but Porsha will be back after being a cast member on RHOA from Season 5 through Season 13. Unfortunately, the two friends won’t be reunited on camera, but Kandi was already aware of this when she made the decision to leave the show. During an April broadcast of Andy Cohen‘s show, Radio Andy, Kandi reacted to Porsha’s return to RHOA and revealed why she wasn’t too surprised by this news.

“I mean, I already knew that Porsha was thinking about coming back when I was thinking about leaving, because we both talked with each other about it,” she explained.
