SAS AB and its subsidiaries will submit monthly financial reports for Chapter 11 proceedings, revealing key data on revenue, assets, liabilities, and cash positions.
SAS AB (“SAS” or the “Company”) and its subsidiaries involved in the voluntary Chapter 11 process in the U.S. will soon submit their monthly operating reports to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”). These reports cover the financial period from November 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. All SAS entities under the Chapter 11 process must provide the Court with monthly operating reports, detailing their financial status, including cash position, assets, liabilities, revenue, and profit and loss for the prior month.
In conjunction with these Court filings, SAS is disclosing certain consolidated financial figures for the SAS Group as of May 31, 2024. The information, summarized in the table below, has not been audited or reviewed by SAS’s auditor.
