Second teen arrested after subway stolen, crashed in Queens: NYPD

BRIARWOOD, Queens (PIX11) – Two teenagers accused of stealing and crashing a subway train in Queens were arrested Wednesday, according to the NYPD.

The boy and girl, both 17, were charged with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment after last week’s joyride, police said.

The two hopped onto an unoccupied train, operated it, then crashed it, causing damage to the subway, according to the NYPD.
