A favourite of New York architects, it is often cited as one of the most beautiful skyscrapers in the city. The New York Times once called it “the most significant symbol of architectural imagery on the New York skyline.”
The Statue of Liberty ranks sixth with 2.46 million posts. Standing tall as a beacon of freedom, Lady Liberty has long been one of America’s most cherished symbols, commemorating the end of slavery and welcoming immigrants from around the world.
