Upbeat Jennifer Lopez shows off dance moves during shopping trip with child Emme, 16, amid Ben Affleck divorce
Jennifer Lopez is dancing again amid her divorce from Ben Affleck.
The music superstar appeared to be in upbeat spirits as she was photographed busting a move during a shopping trip at Westfield Century City mall in Los Angeles Saturday.
The mom of two was joined by her 16-year-old child Emme, who was seen holding up a phone as J.Lo happily got her groove on while riding down an escalator.
The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer was dressed casually for the outing in a loose tank top, a Dior denim skirt and metallic-gold TKEES sandals.
She accessorized with oversized Gucci sunglasses, Jennifer Fisher hoop earrings and a Dior saddle bag.
She was once again wearing a gold band on her left hand despite her highly publicized divorce filing last month.
Lopez, 55, was also wearing the jewelry on Friday when she made her first public appearance since officially pulling the plug on her marriage to Affleck, 52, on Aug. 20 following a months-long separation.
She was spotted stepping out of a black vehicle in Beverly Hills, Calif., before heading into a building.
The “Let’s Get Loud” hitmaker looked chic in a white halter top, flared dark-wash jeans and Elie Saab leather platform sandals.
She also carried a Hermes Himalayan Croc Birkin bag.
That same day, the “Marry Me” star hinted that she was “at peace” as she shared a carousel of photos highlighting her summer adventures with her children and sister Lynda Lopez.
The upload included a quote that read, “she’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace.”
Another slide featured text that stated, “Everything is unfolding in divine order.”
Despite her public positivity, Lopez has reportedly been “hit hard” by her split from the “Argo” actor after two years of marriage.
A source close to J.Lo exclusively told Page Six that she tried to salvage their ill-fated relationship, but the “big love Jennifer believes in” is “not in [Ben’s] DNA.”
“Ben has a darkness to him that no other person can fix. … [Lopez] gave this everything she had; her whole heart. She would have done anything to make this work.”
